Between my house and my daughter's house next door, there are a total of 14 kids. Most of them spend all their free time riding bikes, skateboards and skates up and down the street. This can be fairly neighborhood invasive.
Across the street is Adam. He's a biker with a Harley. Lately his bike shop has been in his driveway where he has outfitted all the kids bikes with cards on the spokes to make that noise. You know, the click, click, click sound.
