James' Uncle Kevin sent a giant cooler a few days ago in the mail. Inside was an incredible dinner - enough for all of us and more. There was filet mignon (heavenly!) hamburgers (kid heaven), stuffed baked potatoes and for desert....carmel apple tartlets - voted the best part of all. 
I liked Uncle Kevin a lot before but anyone who feeds me has won my heart forever. He said that when something bad happens to him he likes to make something good happen, which is why we were the lucky recipients of this awesome gift. I hope we never have to get one again.

Yummy gift, but what an awesome concept behind it too. I'll have to remember that one.
